           "The Sangri Resort” is the first ever Resort in East Kameng District of Arunachal Pradesh which is 2.3 km away from Seppa Township. It is located at the River Bank of Palang Sangrine, Pacha.

         The name of The Sangri Resort has been structured in the wooden finished structure in a new unique style named as “SANGRI RESORT”. There is a big main gate and in front of the gate the Ticket Counter is attached with Security checker.

           This is the main gate of the Sangri Resort and this is the parking area where we can park at least 20 or more vehicles at a time inside the Resort. The parking charge is absolutely free for tourists and visitors.

          This resort has been inaugurated by Mr. Mama Natung in presence of the District Administration of East Kameng and many dignitaries also attended this event.

          With the facilities of Swimming Pool, Children’s Park, Bar cum Restaurant, River Bank of Palang Sangrine, Kids Jumping Trampoline for slow jumping, Modern Swing means Jhula in Hindi, you can create your own world with the family members, friends and special one.

             You may come with your family members, admirers, friends and sweetheart to celebrate a day for surprise pleasure and peaceful relaxation.

     

         This is the Swimming Pool which is 5-6 feet deep and it is for universal. Those who yet not learn how to swim in water, you can learn with the help of less shallow water.

       Children’s Park is great attraction place for the children because of the Jumping Trampoline for slow jumping, undecided movement, Modern Swing for wiggling movements for all.

           It's named after the legendary location of mythical love story of Palang (stone) and Sangri (tree) got married to each other. Legendary folk tale is popularly narrated among the people of Pacha area. Unfortunately, in the year 2006, a villager unknowingly cut down the Sangri Tree for timber thus tragic end of the mythical love story of Palang and Sangri. Within a month the person who cut the Tree, died mysteriously. Legends believe that villager was cursed by bad omen of mythical tree and stone. The name of Sangri Resort is to dedicate and honour the mythical love story.

        Some rules and regulations are framed by Sangri Resort. The terms and conditions are follows:

1. Opening and Closing time of Resort 08:00 am to 09:00 pm.

2. Swimming Pool and Park ticket shall be obtained from the Counter only.

3. Production of ID is mandatory.

4. Children below 12 years shall be accompany by their Parents/Guardian.

5. Bringing of Food and Beverages from outside is strictly prohibited.

6. Bringing of any kind of Lethal Weapon is strictly prohibited.

7. Bringing of Pets like Dogs, Cats, etc. inside the Resort & Park is not allowed.

8. The entry of person with influence of Alcohol, Drugs and other toxic is restricted.

9. Chewing of any kind of Gutkha products like Rajnigandha, Vimal, Signature, etc. inside the premises is strictly restricted.

10. Do not pluck Flowers and Plants.

11. Do not spit here and there.

12. Do not create nuisance.

13. Do not litter and always use Dustbin.

14. Wearing of Mask is compulsory.
